Singita Ebony

Singita Ebony Lodge is set on the beautiful Sabi River in the heart of the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. The lodge is a stunning five star luxury safari lodge that offers its guests amazing safari experience in a breathtaking environment.

The lodge is decorated in a real mix of colonial and African styles and the feel in the lodge is that of familiarity and coziness instead of stiff formality and elegance.

At the main lodge building there is a lovely lounge and bar area as well as a large deck overlooking the Sand River.  Ebony lodge also has a traditional open boma where most of the dinners are served. There is also a gym, health spa and wine cellar.

Suites at Singita Ebony Lodge
At Ebony Lodge there are 12 spacious and very luxurious thatched suites, the suites are private and nicely spaced out around the lodge.  The suites at Ebony Lodge have been decorated in a mix of colonial and traditional African style using a lovely mixture of antiques, fabrics and textures. All the suites have a large open plan bedroom and living room which lead out to a large private wooden deck with a heated plunge pool. The deck is a great place to relax between game drives and it is not uncommon for elephants and buffalo to graze right in front of the suites.  

All the suites also have a huge bathroom with separate bath and shower, the view from the large bath is great. The bathroom also leads out onto the deck where there is an outside shower.

Guests can also do other activities such as fishing, walks in the bush, bike riding in the bush and archery.
Close to Singita Ebony Lodge is Singita Boulders.

·         Rates are quoted in Rand (ZAR), subject to change and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 14%.

·         Singita reserves the right to amend tariff in the event of currency fluctuations.

·         Single supplement only applies if 3 of more singles are booked. The tariff is then per night rate plus a surcharge of 25% per person.

·         Children of all ages are welcome and bookings are subject to availability. In the interest of safety, participation of children in any game activities is at the discretion of their guide. At Singita Lebombo Lodge children over the age of 10 are welcome.

·         When booking a double room, children 18 and under pay 50%. Families of 4 or more, with children (18 and under), are guaranteed a private Land Rover at no extra cost.

The rate includes: 
Accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, teas and coffees.
All drinks including premium wines, spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks. The only drinks excluded are French champagne.
Two open Land Rover safaris a day and walking safaris accompanied by experienced guides and trackers.
Return surface transfers from the airstrip to the lodges/camp.
Laundry and valet services: Singita operates a small on-site laundry for the convenience of our guests.

The rate excludes:
French champagne, purchases from The Singita Shop, telephone calls, air transfers, and health spa treatments.
Children under 10 years can be accommodated if the lodge is block booked or if the family suites are booked at Singita Ebony or Boulders. Children of all ages are welcome at Singita Castleton Camp.
Tariffs are quoted inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) and Tourism Levies.
