Singita Boulders Lodge is ultra-luxurious and succeeds fantastically in combining top luxury comfort with an authentic African safari experience. The lodge is named after the big boulders (rocks) around the camp and the theme at the lodge is Earth with lots of rock and wood complementing the natural tones of the décor. Completed in 1996 the lodge has a modern décor and feel with lovely open spaces and big furniture to relax and take in the tranquility of the nature surrounding you. An abundance of natural stone and wood through out the lodge gives a genuine outdoor and close to nature experience.

There is a big and open lounge that allows guests to take in the gorgeous surroundings. From the dining deck and the pool area right by the Sand River guests can enjoy the panoramic views that extend far into the bush.

Boulders Lodge is very spacious and has several outside areas so guests do not need to all sit together. There is also a lovely library area with a computer and TV room, a wine cellar that was built around a big boulder and has more than 4000 bottles of great South African wine. Guests can do a tasting every evening where the sommelier will also tell you more about South African wines.

Suites at Singita Boulders
There are twelve gorgeous and very spacious suites at Singita Boulders all decorated in a similar modern African style with lovely furniture to relax in whilst watching the game pass by. Each of the private suites has a big lounge area with double-sided fireplace and huge glass windows from ceiling to floor with panoramic views. A big bathroom also with spectacular views, the windows slide open onto a large wooden deck with private plunge pool and outside shower.   
Attention to detail in the suites where nothing has been missed from the Dermalogica products to the ipod station with more than 500 different tunes. All the suites have mini bar and fridge, safe, air-conditioning and overhead fans.
Two of the suites are ideal for families as they can sleep 4 guests.

General Information
Boulders Lodge takes children from the age of 10.
The lodge has a two line electric fence that only keeps the elephants out, so other animals do wander through the lodge.

The shop at Boulders is a short drive from the main lodge and there is a lovely selection of very exclusive jewelry, artifacts and clothes as well as a wine boutique shop.
Guests can also do other activities such as fishing, walks in the bush, bike riding in the bush and archery.
Close to Singita Boulders is Singita Ebony.

·         Rates are quoted in Rand (ZAR), subject to change & are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 14%.

·         Singita reserves the right to amend tariff in the event of currency fluctuations.

·         Single supplement only applies if 3 of more singles are booked. The tariff is then per night rate plus a surcharge of 25% per person.

·         Children of all ages are welcome and bookings are subject to availability. In the interest of safety, participation of children in any game activities is at the discretion of their guide. At Singita Lebombo Lodge children over the age of 10 are welcome.

·         When booking a double room, children 18 and under pay 50%. Families of 4 or more, with children (18 and under), are guaranteed a private Land Rover at no extra cost.

The rate includes: 
Accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, teas and coffees.
All drinks including premium wines, spirits, liqueurs and soft drinks. The only drinks excluded are French champagne.
Two open Land Rover safaris a day and walking safaris accompanied by experienced guides and trackers.
Return surface transfers from the airstrip to the lodges/camp.
Laundry and valet services: Singita operates a small on-site laundry for the convenience of our guests.

The rate excludes:
French champagne, purchases from The Singita Shop, telephone calls, air transfers, and health spa treatments.
Children under 10 years can be accommodated if the lodge is block booked or if the family suites are booked at Singita Ebony or Boulders. Children of all ages are welcome at Singita Castleton Camp.
Tariffs are quoted inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) and Tourism Levies.
