Bukela Game Lodge

Bukela Game Lodge is a small and exclusive safari lodge with only four luxury suites. The lodge is nestled at the top of a valley overlooking the breathtaking Eastern Cape river plain. The suites at Bukela are set back in the trees to create a very private and intimate guest experience. Ideal for groups as Bukela is like a home away from home and guests are greeted like family and taken very well care of .

At the main lodge building there is a lovely dining area as well as a large pool deck with two separate outside lounges. This a great place to relax and soak up the beautiful game environment between game drives.  There is also a separate look out spot next to the pool which is very popular for small weddings. The lodge is not fenced in so often guests will have visits from inquisitive animals wanting to see who is visiting their homeland.

Suites at Bukela Game Lodge
The four suites at Bukela are spacious and decorated in a typical African safari style using earthy colours, animal prints and animal skins. The bathrooms are spacious with a large corner spa bath and inside and outside shower. Every room also has a small private deck where guests can enjoy a drink whilst watching the game pass by.  The suites are spread out and because of the trees and bush they are nice and private. Each suite can only sleep 2 people so there is a maximum of 8 guests in the lodge.

Additional information
Bukela Game Lodge does not take children unless the whole lodge is booked out by the same group.
This is a stunning venue for a small and intimate bush wedding.
Internet access is available at the office only, not in the suites and limited reception is available around the main building.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   
1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
2. Children will only be accepted at Bukela Game Lodge by special arrangement.
3. For booking and rates purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12.
4. Child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
5. Please note that all guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
6. Bukela Game Lodge reserves the right to admit any guests/s and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/ or staff.
