Pinnacle Point is located in a beautiful Nature Reserve and guests will be blown away by the views from the golf course. As the lodges are in a Nature Reserve, guests are not allowed to drive their vehicles to the lodges/villas or to the club house so a porter and shuttle are available for guests.
Pinnacle Point is more of a self-catered option and guests should be aware that this is really a golfer’s paradise and not so much a family holiday destination. Certain things work more like a hotel, for example there is always someone at reception to help guests with anything also the lodges/villas are cleaned daily and guests have the choice to have all their meals at the lovely club house.
“We had a great stay at Pinnacle Point, this is a true golfers paradise. The highlight of our stay was definitely the round of golf at Pinnacle Point Golf Course. The weather was perfect, the golf course spectacular and I even played decent golf.” – Adam
Golf Lodges at Pinnacle Point
Guests can either stay in a lodge or a villa with either one, two or three bedrooms and fully equipped with kitchen, dining area and lounge as well as a veranda with barbeque facilities ideal for guests not wanting to eat out all of the time. The lodges and villas are built in a pleasant way like a small neighborhood and do not interfere with the beautiful surroundings of the nature reserve and golf course.
The lodges of which there are 79 have a real beach feel with blue roofs and light coloured décor, very airy and open. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms although simple are not small and have separate shower and bath.
The 19 villas are built closer together and so feel less private but the finishes in the villas are more luxurious. Equally spacious as the lodges with lounge and dining area and outside veranda.
Close by:
Mossel Bay town centre is 5 minutes drive. Some great golf courses are a short drive away, such as Oubaai and Fancourt. George airport is also close by and frequently used among guests coming to the Garden Route.
General Information:
You can only play at Pinnacle Point if you are staying at one of the lodges or villas on the Estate.
Guests can book a spa treatment at the Hotel & Spa.
Right next to Pinnacle Point there is a Casino.
