Winelands Golf Lodges

The white buildings were designed to complement the traditional Cape architecture and they blend perfectly with the beautiful surroundings.
From the veranda of your lodge you can contemplate the view while having a braai (the way South Africans refer to their traditional barbecue) in the privacy of your own house.

There is a main buiding where the reception is as well as a small gym and a lounge where small conferences can be held. Also right next to the lodges, is the De Zalze Golf Club’s club house which serves a delicious breakfast and lunch. The club house is open until 6pm every day.

At  Winelands Golf Lodges there are also two beautiful swimming pools, including one for small children.

The lodges are located next to the 10th fairway of De Zalze Golf Club which is ranked 4th in the Western Cape and 23rd in South Africa as a whole by Golf Digest. De Zalze Golf Club is well worth a visit for any golfer visiting the Cape. The Blaauwklippen River runs along several of the fairways, and its wooded banks make the golfing technically and aesthetically interesting.

Lodges at Winelands Golf Lodges
There are 40 lodges that vary in number of bedrooms, from one to four and they are all individually decorated. Some lodges in a modern style while others are more traditional, but all of them are luxurious, spacious with lots of cupboard space. All bedrooms at Winelands Golf Lodges are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are very similar and they all have enormous shower and at least one bath per lodge. The kitchen is fully equipped and many of the lodges have dishwashers. Most of the four bedroom lodges also have washing machine, dishwasher, an extra guest toilet as well as a garage for a golf cart. All the golf lodges come with all the modern amenities that you would expect such as satellite TV, air-conditioning, heating, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and safe. The lodges are serviced every day and there is secure parking in the area as well as wireless Internet.

The views from the golf course, mountains and vineyards are breathtaking.
