Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa is a luxury hotel with all the facilities for guests to enjoy a relaxed and fantastic holiday. Two restaurants, a lovely Spa, a big pool, beautiful gardens, tennis courts and babysitting facilities this is the ideal location for guests who prefer all the facilities made available at the hotel.

The hotel has seventy nine ensuite-bedrooms so it is ideal for bigger groups, conferences and a lovely location for a Winelands wedding. Although a bigger hotel it does not feel that big, the suites are spread around the lovely gardens in free-standing buildings with average 7 suites per building. The advantage is that guests have all the amenities at hand for a relaxing and pampered holiday.

Rooms at Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa
Le Franschhoek has four room categories, standard, suite, chalet and villa. All rooms are spacious and decorated in light colours, most rooms have their own balcony or veranda with views of either the mountains or the surrounding vineyards. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and most have separate shower and bathtub. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and all equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, safe, mini-bar, coffee and tea making facilities and Internet access.

The main difference between standard rooms and the suites at Le Franschhoek is the size of the rooms. Le Franschhoek also has 15 chalets, with one or two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room.

The two villas at Le Franschhoek are larger than the chalets and have two en-suite bedrooms, a separate kitchen and living room and dining room. Both chalets and villas can either be rented as self catering, or just like any other room on a bed and breakfast basis.

General Information:
Le Franschhoek hotel is very child friendly, there are several rooms equipped with beds for children so that they can share with their parents. There are also a number of suites which are inter-leading, ideal for parents traveling with older children.
Le Franschhoek can arrange babysitting at an extra cost.
Le Franschhoek has two restaurants that serve lunch and dinner daily and the menus range from A La Carte dining at the Relais Gourmand and more casual dining at Le Verger.
Once a month guests can also enjoy a wine and food pairing at Relais Gourmand, this is organized together with one of the local wine farms in the area and the wine maker from the farm comes and gives a talk about the wines being enjoyed with the meal.
