Klein Genot Wine and Country Estate

Klein Genot is a beautiful wine farm, where Feng Shui philosophy meets farm style hospitality in this beautiful Cape Dutch house and brings well-being to guests in its serene surroundings.
Feng Shui is adopted in every space creating a sense of well-being and tranquillity which extends to the friendliness of the staff.

Klein Genot estate covers 75 hectares of beautifully kept lawns, gardens and vineyards. Guests can enjoy long walks and picnics around the estate and along the Franschhoek River and even enjoy the Dam home to duck, swans and exotic waterfowl. Walk through the vineyards before tasting from the 5000-bottle strong cellar which will no doubt leave you in need of an afternoon nap in one of the hammocks in the beautiful gardens. Relax by the pool before a well-deserved spa treatment. All that you need for a day of pampering is served wonderfully at Klein Genot. Perfect setting in the tranquillity of the Winelands with close proximity to Franshchoek main road.

Klein Genot has six spacious suites with private terraces and each has been individually decorated to blend with the tranquillity through out the guest house. The en-suite bathrooms have walk-in shower and oversized bath tub, twin basins and slick contemporary finishes and guests can even indulge their body and mind with complimentary indigenous Aloe Ferox products. All suites and bathrooms have under-floor heating. Every suite is equipped with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, DVD players, DVD library, CD player and CD library.

Food
Breakfast, traditional afternoon tea and all your soft drinks and beer offered to you during your stay just to ensure that nothing is missing in this special experience. Klein Genot boasts of its own Organic products and home-made meals made with the freshest produce from the vegetable and herb gardens. Guests can even pick fruit growing outside their bedrooms.

The estate has several common areas so guests do not need to interact with other guests at all times.
The Genot Restaurant a few hundred meters from Klein Genot opened at the start of 2009 and is a lovely choice for A La Carte dining during summer and winter.
