Steenberg Hotel is a lovely Cape Dutch hotel on a Wine Farm outside of Cape Town with its own 18 hole championship Golf Course.

Perfectly situated on a fantastic golf course close to the wine estates in Constantia, this is a wonderful retreat for golfers and non-golfers alike. The hotel is set slightly apart from the golf course so that it does not feel like a “golf resort” but rather is a lovely hotel with tranquil surroundings, vineyards and a beautiful golf course a short walk away.
The suites, restaurant and Spa are scattered around the large estate in the manor house as well as other renovated farm buildings all built in the classic Cape Dutch style and surrounded by mountains and vineyards. Guests can enjoy Steenberg wines and delicious food at the hotel’s renowned Catharina’s restaurant.

Steenberg Hotel has beautiful gardens and lawns and a lovely big pool with a bar area and gorgeous views. There is also a Spa with six treatment rooms ideal after a round of golf or a day lazying by the pool drinking cocktails.

Suites at The Steenberg
Steenberg Hotel has 24 suites in three different categories Luxury, Superior and Premier suites. The suites are spacious and full of character but differ in size and décor, luxury (25m²) and superior (30m²) suites have classic and elegant décor with Cape antique furniture which suites the style of the manor house which was built in 1682. The Premier suites (57m²) are very modern and spacious with an open plan layout from the lounge to the bathroom, but there are shutters that close for privacy. The piece the resistance are the three Heritage Suites, each suite +-160m² is a two bedroom villa with fully fitted kitchen, ultra modern with beautiful décor and finishes in light earthy tones and the ultimate luxury including your own butler.
