Colona Castle

Colona Castle is a very luxurious guest house with 8 spacious suites. The guest house is situated in a beautiful mansion from the early 20th century. Colona Castle is situated about 20 minutes from central Cape Town and only a few minutes away from Constantia Winelands with its many restaurants, wine farms and golf courses.

Colonal Castle is a very unique guest house, each suite is individually decorated in a theme. One room is called the Mogul Suite and another is the Moroccan Room. The lounge and dinning area at the guest house is also decorated in a wonderful mix of African and eastern design. The pool at Colona Castle has a stunning view of False Bay and Table Mountain.

The 8 individually decorated rooms are all very unique in their design. Each room has been beautifully decorated in a theme, these include the Safari room, Green room, Moroccan room, Chinese suite, Mogul Suite, English Suite, New (modern) suite as well as the very spacious penthouse suite. All of the rooms at Colona Castle are very cosy and you become very relaxed in the lovely surroundings. Most of the rooms have stunning sea views and their own private patio. Some of the rooms are inter-leading which is ideal for families our groups travelling together.

“Alexandra and I had a really relaxing stay at Colona Castle, we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and spent the rest of the day reading the weekend paper in our lovely penthouse suite. For dinner we went to the Food Barn in Noordhoek with some friends. Our stay at Colona Castle ended on Sunday with one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever eaten.” - Adam

Additional Information
Children of all ages are welcome at Colona Castle. There is more than enough space to add an extra bed in the suites, some of the rooms are also inter-leading.
