Waterfront Marina

The Marina Waterfront Residential is a fairly new security complex that has been built around the harbour in the V&A Waterfont. The views are unspoilt of the harbour, Table Mountain and city centre.
The harbour is very popular among locals and tourists who dock their yachts here throughout the year. Most are holiday apartments but some people live all year round.

Guests staying at the Waterfront Marina can buy and access card to gym which looks out to the harbour and also to the main big pool. There are also three smaller pools spread out around the complex. The area is lovely and very well kept.

All the apartments offer luxury living, modern and minimalist decor and lovely views of Table Mountain or the V&A Waterfront and harbour.
The apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, TV and Internet connection. They are marketed as self-catered but breakfast can be delivered every morning and the apartments are cleaned daily.
The V&A Waterfront is within walking distance so you have endless options for restaurants and also there are two supermarkets where you can get everything you need and they will also deliver the groceries to your apartment.
Ideal for people travelling with children. Depending on the number of guests we can accommodate in one bedroom en-suite apartments to the big penthouse with three en-suite bedrooms and private pool.
