Four Rosmead

Four Rosmead is a great accommodation alternative for those visitors wanting to experience the wonderful atmosphere in central Cape Town. The guest house is located in the beautiful area of Oranjezicht, just outside of central Cape Town, with fantastic views of Lions Head, Signal Hill, Table Bay and Cape Town city center.

Four Rosmead was built in 1903 and is today classified as a national monument. The whole house has recently been fully renovated and converted into a highly sophisticated and modern guesthouse, perfect for even the most discerning traveler.

Four Rosmead has spacious and charming common areas, there is a large living room that leads out to a veranda with views of the beautiful garden and pool. The veranda at Four Rosmead is a perfect place to take an evening drink and relax before you go out and eat dinner at one of the many fine restaurants close by. Four Rosmead also has a beautifully decorated dining room where breakfast is served.

Four Rosmead has eight individually decorated bedrooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe and wireless Internet access. Some rooms also have a fireplace. The rooms at Four Rosmead are decorated in a modern uncluttered style whilst still feeling very cozy and welcoming.
The luxury and deluxe rooms are located in the main house and there is also a large suite (Bellegables) situated in a small cottages in the beautiful garden. The suite at Four Rosmead consists of a large bedroom and bathroom as well as a living room with its own home theater system and also a sleeper couch, ideal for families traveling with children. The suite has its own private veranda with an outdoor shower.
