The Cape Royale

The Cape Royale is located in a lovely building on the Main Road in Green Point. The building looks very much like the Place Vendôme in Paris. The Cape Royale is a large hotel but because of its design with high ceilings, lots of natural light and airy corridors it does not feel like a big hotel with 126 rooms. The outside façade has character and looks old whereas inside is the complete opposite, big mirrors and big furniture, high ceilings and lots of windows give The Cape Royale a very modern yet warm feel.

At The Cape Royale there is a lovely spa area for guests wanting to enjoy a treatment and next to the spa there is also a small but well equipped gym.

On the roof of the Cape Royale is the pool and bar with some of the most magnificent views of Cape Town. A great place to relax and have a swim after a busy day sightseeing.

The Cape Royale also boasts a great new restaurant called 1800 Degrees. The restaurant specializes in meat and is already considered one of Cape Town’s best meat restaurants.

The service at The Cape Royale is personal and very friendly and guests will undoubtedly have a wonderful stay with the best service from the staff, in lovely and spacious suites and a very central location. Walking distance from the V&A Waterfont with great shops and restaurants, De Waterkant, a very trendy and beautiful neighborhood with boutique shops and nice cafés, and the lovely promenade along the sea that stretches all the way to Camps Bay.

Suites at The Cape Royale
There are 126 rooms at The Cape Royale, these vary in size from 1 bedroom suites to four huge 4 bedroom penthouses. All the suites at the Cape Royale are decorated with contemporary elegant furniture. Many of the suites have great views of the Green Point Stadium and others have wonderful views of the mountain.
   
All the suites at The Cape Royale are equipped with the amenities you would expect of a five star hotel, including a fully fitted kitchen, lovely lounge with flat screen TV and dining area. The bedrooms are separate and have their own TV and spacious bathroom, air-conditioning in all the rooms, bath robes, hairdryers, tea and coffee facilities.
