The Addo Elephant National Park is situated about 70km from Port Elizabeth. The park is one of the largest nature reserves in South Africa and it consist of about 164 000 hectares of land. Addo is home to more than 450 elephants, a great number of Cape Buffalo, rhino as well as a many species of antelope and also some lions. The Addo Elephant National Park is a great malaria free safari destination not far from the Garden Route.
