Pinnacle Point

Pinnacle Point is located just outside the town of Mossel Bay on the South African Garden Route. Pinnacle Point was designed by the renowned golf course designer Peter Matkovich and the professional golfer Daren Clark.

The golf course at Pinnacle Point stretches along 4km of coast line and boasts some of the most dramatic cliff side holes in the world. It is not possible to say what hole is the signature hole as every hole at Pinnacle Point could feature in a golf calendar. The views of the Indian Ocean are breathtaking on every single hole.

As Pinnacle Point is spread out over a large area a golf cart is necessary when playing here. All golf carts at Pinnacle Point are equipped with a GPS mapping out each hole and displaying distances, which is a great help when playing here for the first time.

Pinnacle Point is truly the most breathtaking golf course in South Africa and a must for any golfer traveling along the Garden Route.

Practice Facilities
At Pinnacle Point there is a warm up and a driving range area and golf lessons are available from the local pro.

Club House
Pinnacle Point has a beautiful club house overlooking the Indian Ocean. The clubhouse at Pinnacle point has well equipped locker rooms as well as a great restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the club house there is also a pro shop.

Club Rental & Caddies
Golf carts are required when playing at Pinnacle Point due to the layout of the golf course.

Additional Information
