Simola Golf Course is situated beautifully in the hills outside of the town of Knysna on the South African Garden Route.

The views from Simola Golf Course are stunning, each hole has either a view of the Knysna lagoon, the Knysna Heads or the river running through the valley below the golf course. The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and each hole at Simola offers the player a great challenge. The golf course at Simola also has the unusual combination of five par 5’s and five par 3’s.

Practice Facilities
At Simola there is a warm up area and golf lessons are available from the local pro.

Club House
Simola has a beautiful club house with well equipped locker rooms as well as access to the hotel facilities such as the spa, indoor pool and great restaurant. At the club house there is also a pro shop.

Club Rental & Caddies
Golf carts are required when playing at Simola due to the layout of the golf course.

Additional Information
Soft spikes as well as proper golfing attire are required to play Simola.
