  • Product & Marketing Budget Coordinator 100%

    THE JOB

    We are looking for a Product & Marketing Budget Coordinator to join our international brand. This exciting position will have one feet in the Product department and the other in Marketing. You will be responsible for the watches and components for Marketing and Sales as well as the documentation and presentations related to the products. On the other side, you will also be involved in Marketing regarding the budget, invoicing and financial closings.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

         Product Management (60%)

    • Responsible of watches and components inventory
    • Monitor and coordinate of the watches for Marketing and Sales
    • Administrative support for shipments of watches, collection preparation, etc.
    • Create products presentations
    • Update manuals and packaging
    • Prepare of « products boards »

     

    Marketing (40%)

    • Create purchase orders for the Marketing International budget in ERP, follow-up goods entry and coordinate invoices booking
    • Manage the monthly finance closing by collecting invoices and booking in ERP along with finance team
    • Update and review the Marketing International budget file on a monthly basis with the Head of Marketing
    • Coordinate the re-invoicing process to markets
    • Take care of yearly closing for Marketing International accounts

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Commercial degree (or equivalent) with strong controlling and financial administration skills
    • Experience in the watch, fashion or luxury industry; experience in an international environment is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills and team player
    • Hands-on personality with a can-do attitude
    • Numerical flair and analytical thinking
    • Organized and proactive working style
    • Reliable and resilient
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    • SAP knowledge is an advantage

    THE JOB

    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Leader to join our international marketing team. In this position, you will plan, develop and implement digital content for all corporate websites and newsletters. You will Work in close collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing Manager and peers such as PR, creative design, web development, sales and customer service.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Paid social media & Reporting

    • Lead the SPRINKLR platform, act as the expert across all functionalities and be the single point of contact for the supplier
    • Set-up and oversee paid online campaigns for HQ and subsidiaries. Support the markets in the campaigns optimization and share best practices
    • Lead the social reporting of activities for HQ and subsidiaries and create insights with regular feedback loops to Head of Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager
    • Coordinate Social Listening and identify learnings and business opportunities
    • Coordinate and implement Social User Generated Content on website

     

    Online content optimization

    • Take full responsibility of coordinating and pushing content live on all corporate websites, based on the global product roadmap and marketing plans
    • Coordinate content production of digital assets in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop content & optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and make use of the SEO tools
    • Monitor digital presence of all local website versions and corporate e-shops assuring the content is up to date and meets the quality standard required by the brand
    • Implement, localize and customize content, graphics and campaign materials for all versions of the corporate website
    • Lead the Newsletter content & create template on Mailchimp

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or PR
    • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an international environment
    • Knowledge of the watch or luxury business is a plus
    • Very good communication and problem-solving skills
    • Hands-on personality with a can do attitude
    • Team player that performs in an international environment
    • Native German or French speaker with strong English skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft tools
    • Adobe Suite, Magento, MailChimp and Sprinklr are a plus

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead content planning and development for all corporate websites in collaboration with internal stakeholders and in alignment with global product launches and marketing plans
    • Coordinate production of all digital assets (copy, images, videos and advertising graphics) and digital communications (internal, retailer and end-consumer newsletters)
    • Monitor digital presence on market-specific e-stores; implement, localize and customize content when necessary
    • Determine a global social media strategy and guidelines that align with digital content for a cohesive brand voice and message plan; maintain constant collaboration with marketing, logistics, sales and customer service teams

    YOUR SKILLS
